"Well, I couldn't wait any longer (pun-haha) for Carissa to get back from maternity leave. I was looking like a shaggy dog (my hubby too). We were afraid we were going to have to bite the bullet and have someone else cut us...but like they say "the difference between a good and bad haircut is about 4 weeks". Well I am happy to report that Kim did a fabulous job! Carissa will always be my girl (cuz you tell your stylist everything) but Kim is now a close 2nd. I couldn't be happier with my cut Kim! You did a fantastic job!! I assure you I'll be seeing you again. So folks, if you are looking for a GREAT haircut and Carissa isn't available, I promise you you can't go wrong with Kim. Thanks for making me feel so much better about myself Kim!!!!!"

"Terrible service my husband went there try to do a high fade and they ended up Messing up completely his hair cut it way too short and left it long on top never going back there again"

"The staff were friendly, but the business itself is either flawed or policy isn't followed. I was visiting the area for an interview, and needed a haircut. So when I arrived, I put my name on the wait list, as I sat down, I noticed on the tv screen that 9 others were ahead of me, even though there was only 2 other people sitting in the building. When they were calling all the names, no one was there, until the 9th person on the list. So one would assume the people that aren't there when called, they lose their spot on the waiting list....nope, they didn't remove the names of the people who weren't there. So when they next time they called for someone, they started at top of list again, and got to the 7th person, because now people were starting to show up. I had to sit there for 30mins with no one else there waiting, only to be passed up because someone came walking in who got on the list anytime during the day. So I guess you can sign up at 8am and show up at 8pm to still be above anyone that's there. If people are waiting in the building and you call everyone on the list, and they're not there, you need to service the ones that are actually there. If you call people from the list and they're not there, remove them, or put them on bottom of list. Don't keep them on top for them to show up when they're good and ready!"

"So much for "No appointment necessary ". Walked in 45 min before they closed and wouldn't take me because of other people waiting. Geez, sounds like a union run store. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere."

"Hi, Poor frustrating visit to Sports Clips at College & Betteravia ... I have been a customer at sport clips since it opened... I've had many situations where it was difficult to get to the stylist that I preferred... It has become increasingly more difficult, and results in long waits, to the point that it's just not worth it! I am done with the salon... It is too bad because my stylist does not deserve to lose a client because of poor management! I have referred at least a dozen other men to this salon over the years, and I will continue to express how I feel about this Salon to others moving forward ... Very disappointed!""
